General Venue Operating Hours
Eltrego is a 24-hour facility for all registered guests, with our front desk and concierge services always available. The public areas of the hotel, including the lobby and residential corridors, are accessible at all times. This ensures that whether you arrive on a late-night flight or are heading out for an early morning hike, someone is here to assist you.
Security personnel are also on duty around the clock to maintain safety across the premises. Please note that while the facility remains open, specific amenities follow the scheduled times listed below to ensure optimal staffing and service quality.
Gaming Lounge Availability
*Hours are chosen to align with the peak social energy of Queenstown's nightlife. Access is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over.
Restaurant and Dining Times
Our main dining room serves breakfast from early morning until midday, followed by an evening service that begins in the late afternoon. Between these periods, light refreshments and drinks are available in the lounge area.

Maintenance and Quiet Hours
To maintain the high standards of our facility, we perform regular maintenance on our gaming equipment and public spaces. Most of this work is scheduled during morning hours when the hall is closed. We observe "quiet hours" in the residential wings from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Corporate and Event Blackouts
From time to time, certain areas of the venue may be reserved for private functions. We notify guests well in advance of these closures to minimize inconvenience, ensuring alternative social spaces are always available.
